Abolitionist affirm that those who murder (unjust and premeditated killing according to God's word) should be penalized for murder through equal justice legislation. Murdering a preborn human should be treated the same as murdering any other human. Anyone—including mothers—who murders a preborn human are not second victims. On top of this, an equal justice bill would also end the practice of IVF, IUD, and abortifacient birth control. If mothers are given legal immunity, they can freely abort their baby through ordering pills or other means without consequence. An equal justice bill would also punish anyone who attempts to coerce a mother into murdering her child. Equal justice will only punish the guilty party. For example; anyone who secretly mixes poison into a mothers drink to cause an abortion, will be persecuted for murder if proven guilty, and the mother innocent. Any bills such as heart-beat bills, or bills that acquits the guilty, pervert justice and show partiality. It instructs the culture that humans are valuable because they have heart-beats, and women don't know any better. God says He hates this, and will judge our nation.

Deuteronomy 16:19-20 You shall not pervert justice. You shall not show partiality, and you shall not accept a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and subverts the cause of the righteous. Justice, and only justice, you shall follow, that you may live and inherit the land that the Lord your God is giving you.

Humans are uniquely precious because we are the only part of creation that is made in the image of God (Genesis 1:27). Abortion is child sacrifice. People who get abortions due to the false perception that their life will improve/not be negatively impacted by ending the life of their child(ren) are sacrificing their children. Without scripture, everything is reduced to your own personal preferences, and therefore, are subjectivity. The law of God should be applied to establish justice for all humans. The only solution to sin is the gospel. To be an abolitionist, you must be a gospel-centered, born again believer of Jesus Christ, and your foundation must be on the word of God.
